A lifelong resident of the Mid-Atlantic, Ben has over 20 years of experience connecting businesses with the resources needed to grow and for families to prosper. 

He has helped numerous entrepreneurs create generational wealth through the sale of their businesses.  Ben has led all phases of transactional processes from sourcing, valuation, diligence, negotiation, closing and integration.  He specializes in working closely with clients to create a clear and seamless process to maximize value, while securing the legacy of his clients.

His past professional expertise spans multiple industries including specialty & commodity chemicals, environmental services, consumer goods and food ingredients. His experience includes more than thirty acquisitions and divestitures ranging in size from several million to over one billion dollars. He has led M&A and Corporate Strategy at Bimbo Bakeries USA and was previously Director of M&A at Republic Services’ Northeast region. Ben also held Strategy and Finance roles at Rohm and Haas, Dow Chemical and Firmenich.

He is a member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Ben holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Finance from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.

Eric serves PA and the Greater Philadelphia Region as a Managing Principal with Cresa’s Industrial Services group. Previously, Eric held positions as the Head of Business Development and Portfolio Management at Siemens Healthineers and in Bimbo Bakeries USA’s Capital Finance and Real Estate division. He held the position of Asset Manager with GSA before transitioning into brokerage as Principal with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.

Eric has negotiated several million square feet of deals in the Northeast logistics corridor and across the US. His notable transactions include a 619,000 SF investment sale and lease with a 3PL in Mount Pocono, PA. Eric will apply his extensive corporate real estate expertise alongside Cresa’s advanced, occupier-focused technology to deliver exceptional results for their clients.

He is a Board Member of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) and a Partner Member of the International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA), as well as a member of the Lehigh Valley Traffic Club.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Shepherd University and an MBA from Villanova University.
